While painting, Ifound it interesting that the gap between what I wanted to paint and what I was able to paint, and the movement of my hands left traces on the canvas. Due to this interest, I paint with a physical approach, using the body incorporating the use of many colors, moving back and forth between images and traces. I also perform live painting/performance. In my recent works, I have been painting features (faces) focusing around the theme that things that are made by people could translate into something.
