The practice of “simultaneous recruiting of new graduates” in Japan is a unique recruitment system in which job seekers (students) are judged on the basis of their “potential” without regard to their skills and experience.
Under this system, students begin their job search around their third year of undergraduate school, receive a job offer in the summer or fall of their fourth year, and join a company in April! This is the approximate flow of the recruitment system, and I am sure that everyone living in Japan is aware that a part of the values of society is formed according to this system.
We will hold a seminar in the form of an exhibition, within the scope of “free of charge” and with reference to various materials, to discuss how this strong system that forms modern Japanese culture is reflected in our awareness and behavior, and how we should think about job hunting activities in the future.Or is it an exhibition in the form of a seminar? It doesn’t matter which, but I will hold something like that.
